ASAC’s youth initiatives are made possible through the generous time and energy of our chapter, parent, and community volunteers. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has established a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure the safety of our youth participants, volunteers, and the sorority.

Volunteer Resources

First-Time Volunteer Screening Forms

It is the policy of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated that each potential volunteer for any of its youth initiatives programs be screened by the Chapter. Completing these forms is required.

Returning Volunteer Screening Form

The Returning Volunteer Screening Form is required.

Background Screening Application

Georgia residents must complete both the CHRI Form and the background screening application. When filling out the InfoMart background screening application, be sure to choose Atlanta Suburban Alumnae Chapter.
